Japanse Chicken Curry: Kare Raisu

Ingredients:

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Large Potato
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Salt
  • 3 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Apple
  • Honey
  • 1 Japanese 4x4 curry block

Recipe:

  1. Prep: Julienne onions, dice potatoes and chicken, and mix apple mush with honey.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a pot, sauté chicken with a pinch of salt and minced garlic until nearly cooked. Remove.
  3. Sauté Onions: Add oil, sauté onions with salt until caramelized.
  4. Combine: Return chicken, add potatoes, and stir.
  5. Simmer: Add water to cover ingredients. Boil, then stir in apple-honey mixture.
  6. Finish: Add chopped curry block. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve with rice
