Japanse Chicken Curry: Kare Raisu
Ingredients:
- 1 Onion
- 1 Large Potato
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Salt
- 3 Chicken Breast
- 1 Apple
- Honey
- 1 Japanese 4x4 curry block
Recipe:
- Prep: Julienne onions, dice potatoes and chicken, and mix apple mush with honey.
- Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a pot, sauté chicken with a pinch of salt and minced garlic until nearly cooked. Remove.
- Sauté Onions: Add oil, sauté onions with salt until caramelized.
- Combine: Return chicken, add potatoes, and stir.
- Simmer: Add water to cover ingredients. Boil, then stir in apple-honey mixture.
- Finish: Add chopped curry block. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Serve with rice
