Japanese Tuna Kewpie Mayo Rice Ball
I learned this recipe after eating way too many rice balls in Japan.
Ingredients/Equipment:- Canned Tuna
- Nori
- Bamboo Sushi Rolling Mat
- Rice
- White Vinegar
- Lemon Juice
Instructions:- In a bowl, mix rice with 2-3 spoonfuls of white vinegar and lemon juice
- Place Nori sheet on bamboo mat and spread rice mixture on the lower three quarters of the Nori sheet.
- In a bowl, mix canned tuna with Kewpie Mayo. Make sure the tuna is relatively dry first.
- Spread tuna mixture over rice and roll into wrap.
