Japanese Tuna Kewpie Mayo Rice Ball

I learned this recipe after eating way too many rice balls in Japan.

Ingredients/Equipment:
  • Canned Tuna
  • Nori
  • Bamboo Sushi Rolling Mat
  • Rice
  • White Vinegar
  • Lemon Juice
Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, mix rice with 2-3 spoonfuls of white vinegar and lemon juice
  2. Place Nori sheet on bamboo mat and spread rice mixture on the lower three quarters of the Nori sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix canned tuna with Kewpie Mayo. Make sure the tuna is relatively dry first.
  4. Spread tuna mixture over rice and roll into wrap.
